Changes the default for every BLACK or WHITE list attribute of this type that has no value of its own; list overrides are kept, and combined values (several attribute types in one entry) are not affected - they have their own setting in the list. isDryRun=true returns the same preview (lists that change, lists kept by their own value) and writes nothing.
