Get Alert list in Company

https://api.embermind.ch/api/v1/client/alerts/get-list

Get a page of alerts filtered by date range, level, target entities and status. No total count is returned: page forward with cursor (keyset, sortBy = DATE) or page/perPage (LEVEL/MESSAGE) and stop on hasMore = false. Use /get-count when a number is needed.
