Does a WHITE-list verdict from this list suppress fraud scoring on the gate? Governs both whitelist branches — a match and a WHITE_LIST_NO_MATCH BLOCK. SKIP - score generators do not run; SCORE - the verdict is unchanged but scoring still runs; null - inherit the company default (companySettings.bwListScoringModeDefault). A BLACK-list REJECT ignores this field and always skips scoring.
