Return the mismatching detections (offending site, expected site, status, time) behind a link-detect alert. When the alert references a detection directly — every alert raised by the link-detect Kafka consumer does — exactly that detection is returned. For a LINK_DETECT_COUNT validator alert, or a link-detect alert created before direct references existed, the detections recorded for the alert targets in the window that ends at the alert creation time are returned instead. Returns isLinkDetectAlert = false for any other alert.
